I have printed several split rotations but don't have all the workouts....yet. ;-) So I am trying to put together a split routine with the ones that I have. Is there a list of the times for the chapters(or a specific bodypart) for MM/PUB/GS/ME?
And, is there any particular way I should pair MM/PUB/GS/S&H/ME to get a super workout?
