Ok, since I’m still up and it is really Tuesday, I will go ahead and start the thread instead of posting on Monday. Monday I got up and did phase 2 of itread 10. The rest of the day I have been working on business and tax stuff. Yuck. I’m in the home stretch though so no more fretting about getting it done.

Andrea (Idream), hope your day at work today is less hectic than yesterday. Those 1 legged pikes have me scared too.

Shirl, I don’t have any of Amy’s videos. Do you like them? I get the love/hate thing now. If only I could learn to hate the extra layer more than I love the sweets then I would be in great shape.

Lorie, sorry to hear you are still under the weather. Hope you are feeling better in no time.

Roxie, our storms rolled in today. What a down pour. Sorry your’s kept you up. Here’s to a good night sleep.

Amelia, don’t you just love it when the work out makes your muscles tremble? Of course I hate it when I’m driving to work and wonder if I can hold the steering wheel tight.

Hi everyone.

Today is almost over for me and it wasn't until I read Jeans post that I realised it was April Fools Day! Very hectic at work today and I am totally spent! Day off exercise wise, and I've eaten pretty well.

Could someone please enlighten me, what does DD, DS, DH etc mean? I assume its something son, daughter and husband?

Miss Lori - Hows your cold and more importantly how goes things with your daughter? My two are young and I've still got all those "happy moments" ;-) x( to get to. Its funny (not ha ha funny) but I talk all the time at work and with friends about how we (parents) are soooo not looking forward to those early/late teenage years with our girls. Its not easy. (I really laughed at the reply that was glad she had boys! Very funny)

Roxie - Hey! Well done on the 3lbs lost, you must be feeling chuffed! The total body sculpt workout you do, is it one of Cathes?

Jean - What is itread? I hope you got some sleep.

Kath - 10 days and how many mins???? Ha ha Lucky thing!

Amelia - What is it with the laundry? IT NEVER ENDS!

Andrea-Good Morning...I was watching the jetsons the other day and OH how long for the day I can just push a button and laundy is done,LOL . Shirl-How was Amy's KBX yesterday? What workout you got planned today?

Roxie-Great meals planned yesterday! I loved Total body sculpt! That was my favorite workout when I first started with Cathe! I think i like using the bands in that one!

kath-so today is 9 more days! I bet your so excited!

Andrea-Great job with LIC cardio yesterday! I love that one,the bicep workout in that is amazing!

Becca-just reading your post yesterday got me exhausted! Wow,your a busy bee! With all that running around you were still able to get your workout in...high fives to ya girlfriend!

Elaine-great workout yesterday! I try to make meals ahead too,it does make it easier to just grab and eat during the week! I think thats been the key to my success so far. I need to get a bigger crock pot though so I can freeze more!

Hey to anybody that wasn't able to check in yesterday:)

I made some clean banana nut bread yesterday if anybody is interested in the recipe(Tosca Renos eat clean cookbook) Although I kinda screwed it up a bit and its kinda thick,LOL. Still good though,i will have it for breakfast with a glass of ff milk today:9

Oh and I froze a protien shake last night....so when my DH brings out his mint chocolate chip icecream i can bring out my frozen vanilla bean protien shake and life is good agian;-)LOL

Does anybody have a facebook account here? I just started one a couple of weeks ago and find it very fun! I don't always have to time to pop in there but its fun when I can! There are alot of Cathietes on there!

Good Morning Everyone,

Meals didn't go as planned yesterday lunch wasn't eaten until and it was cheese and crackers. Didn't workout last nite developed a headache at work. After spaghetti for supper went on an eating binge twizzlers and girlscout cookies and chexmix. Tonite is LIC cardio blast. Meals are the same as yesterday only chicken noodles for supper. Short on time have a good day everyone.
 
Hi everyone. Did PUB up only today. I'm working my way into the entire thing. Hopefully only a couple of weeks to get there @ my current weights. Have I mentioned I HATE shoulders? All the more reason to do them, I guess.

Jean, is iTread 10 the outdoor one? If so, I've only done Phase I. That's another one I'm working my way into.

Andrea (idream) - iTreads are mp3 WO that you can download from itrain.com. They also have iSculpt, iClimb, iCycle, etc. They just raised their prices, though, so I won't be buying anytime soon, I don't think. I have a pretty good collection of the iClimb WO since I have an elliptical @ home.

Roxie, sorry about the food yesterday. I hate when I have days like that. Today will be better.

Hi everyone,

I am cooking up a storm today and the UGH..laundry. Younger DS is in school but older DS is home. It just never ends.

This morning I woke late. I did 4DS legs and will finish up with 4DS claves and shoulders in a few minutes.

BBL for personnels and report my finished workout.

Good morning Challengers :)

It's Tuesday right? LOL!

Today was a 5mile run. I didn't know how I would do but I actually knocked 2minutes off of yesterday's time.(Yesterday was a 5miler) W00t :) I also did GIANT sets for biceps and did some core work.

It's unbelievable warm in NY today. MY glaciers are melting :+ It's windy too. A hair clip day :)

I'm getting excited for vacation :)

I need to get some errands out of the way. I may be back --I'll do personals then :)
 
Finished my shoulder and calf work.

It's warm here in MA,too.:)
The birds are out and the ground hog is gathering leaves.x(
That can only mean one thing, or a few things! UGH.... there goes my flowers!x(

Quick checkin - workout was legs and shoulders in am and All Body Attack with Sharon Money Twombly cardio & core premix before dinner.
