Cellulite... UGH!

I tend to carry my weight in my lower body also. I'm gonna try your rotation and I'll let you know how it works. I think you're right about training legs more to make them smaller. I remember years back I cut down on the gym and workout with Billy Blanks Taebo; I saw more definition with the video than I did with weights. Thanks for your help

Glad you like the rotation, I have enjoyed it. I'm going to miss it actually, definitely filing it for future use. But I swap up my rotations every 3 months to prevent a plateau.

I'm really anxious to start; I plan to start Monday as for now I'm just alternating between KB and B&G. I hope I can keep my eating under control to see the results I'm looking for. One question, did you experience knee pain with all the Kickboxing combined with other leg work? Are you planning on doing the rotation I saw with MM? I'll keep you posted on my results.
