CCPP Saturday

I'm in!... but I can't do it Saturday. I'll be out of town at a bridal shower. I have to sit down and look at my workout schedule to see where I can fit it in. I'm running 3 days a week right now, and I wish I could use PP but I'm a newbie to running and there's no way I'd make it :eek:. I'll let y'all know when I do it, and as usual, I'll carry each of you with me. *SMOOCH*
 
I'm in! How about C2 from V7 for the extra challenge!!! :eek::D Or...another pick your own!! I think I'll aim for the V7C2 for mine.
 
Mary - Challenge 2 from Vol. 7 is already part of CCPP. It's the first challenge:) I might do Ch. 1 from Vol. 7 though. I love that one!
 
Belinda - The first challenge of Vol. 7 isn't part of CCPP. The second challenge is:) I do the workout as produced, then add the first challenge from Vol. 7 (the 21 minute long one) to the end, before the cooldown.

I can never keep all the challenges straight, but I did mean that challenge (V7C2). I will just add it at the end -- and do it twice! :p Thanks Shelley!
 
Oh man - doing a 40 miler Saturday. I will either do it today (but probably not b/c my legs are suffering from Slo Mo yesterday on top of the 43 miles last Sunday). Maybe this Sunday. I WILL get it in :)

Shelley, the challenge is another 21 minute long! Holy crap! I think I pass, LOL! I thought maybe 5 minutes top:p no THANK you:eek: Once I get better, I will add the extra challenge! I don't wonna kill myself!

I'm not sure of the extra challenge yet, but I'll find something. :D

I look so forward to this workout all month. I honestly believe that Press Play is the greatest workout in the world. There is so much inspiration in the workout and so much collective positive energy from all of us doing it together.

So I'm gushing a bit but I love this group!

I totally agree, Becky!!!!

I am in. I haven't decided which challenge, I was thinking challenge 2 from vol. 8 but I will do whatever the majority decides.
 
Hey Carola, I think challenge 2 of volume 8 is perfect!

I just listened to it and it's very motivating and I love that the challenges are a Level 3 rather than specified sprints or hills (as I love hills more), so it's kind of like "choose your own".

I am dedicating my workout today to a friend's young son who has an infection...the poor little guy has been in the hospital for days, and his parents have been staying with him round the clock. I am also dedicating my workout to jonahnah, whose mother passed away recently.
