Hello,
Cathe gives her suggested rotations for the 3 month STS program (http://cathe.com/forum/threads/part-two-sts-cardio-rotation-contd.257972/) I am trying to find her Week One Tuesday workout... her wording confuses me, "Tuesday……….Body Max 2…premix #6 Timesaver Cardio PLUS Ab Circuits Weights and Plates…total 62 min" What does she mean when she says 'Premix #6?'
