Cathe's weights used in STS

Hi,

I have done all my 1 rep max's and am into the 3 meso of STS. I understand that this series is all about doing your personal best which is different for everyone but I just can't stop wondering what weights you were using when you filmed the STS series. Maybe I am a bit competitive and of course when I work out at home I don't have anyone else to push me but you on the DVD. In the past I have always been able to lift what you were in the video I was doing. If I couldn't I would work at it until I did. Will you ever share what you lifted while being taped?

I'm always trying to figure it out...would also like to know.

I've noticed that you can't really go by the weights used in filming because some of the exercises are repeated throughout the mesocycle, so it appears that Cathe is using the same weight in week one and week 4 of the same mesocycle. Most of the time the cameral angle doesn't quite get the numbers on the hand weights.
And I can't imagine that anyone is truly working 85-90% of 1RM in meso 3. I know it's not a pretty sight when I am doing it at home with all the facial contortions, red face and steam coming out of my ears. Although they are all lifing pretty darn heavy, they all look so calm, gorgeous and handsome. That's why I rely on home work outs, I wouldn't want to offend anyone in a club:)
