As if the full STS 2.0 Body part shoulder disc + bonus was not enough, I added 100 reps of seated overhead press. That exercise is no joke. it is a reality-check execise.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Good luck! Shoulders used to be my "weakest link" until Xtrain's 90-day rotation - my shoulders greatly improved with the bonuses and workouts. Now I really enjoy working them & love the STS2.0 Body Parts! Have fun! :)

Yep, we don't do weakest link here, we don't quit. We do go forward embracing challenges ☺️☺️☺️
