I have been doing her rotations for the past 5 months and I think the biggest thing for me is that it keeps me consistant. I have a lot more strength and endurance and have toned up quite a bit. I have most of Cathe's DVD's so if anything, it helps me know ahead of time what workout I will be doing so I don't have time to talk myself out of it!!! They are tough and sometimes I take a day off and start back on track the next day- lots of erasing on the calendar!!! I love it cause it's like having a personal trainer.
