Cathe's rotations

What kind of results have people had following Cathe's monthly rotations? I'm thinking of doing some but they look hard. I'm wondering if all the hard work really pays off!
 
Hi! I did the Aug 05 Bootcamp rotation and noticed huge, huge changes in endurance! Loved it and the changes! It paid off for me!

I have been doing the May Rotation. I have lost a couple of inches off my waist, and I feel great. I feel like I have made headway towards my goal, although I know I have long way to go.

This is the first rotation I have really stuck to. I have a new love for rotations, they are great because they give you a road map so you know you have the proper mix of cardio and weights. Plus Cathe has so many you can tailor a rotation to fit your goals.

This is my first month of following a rotation. It seemed doable. I think most of her rotations are pretty hard (intimidating). Just follow them the best you can and modify when needed. I took a few of her 80-min. workout days and put them on the weekends when I have time to do them.

Make it work for you. If you follow these rotations, you are held accountable for the results. I'm anxious for June rotation now.

I have been doing her rotations for the past 5 months and I think the biggest thing for me is that it keeps me consistant. I have a lot more strength and endurance and have toned up quite a bit. I have most of Cathe's DVD's so if anything, it helps me know ahead of time what workout I will be doing so I don't have time to talk myself out of it!!! They are tough and sometimes I take a day off and start back on track the next day- lots of erasing on the calendar!!! I love it cause it's like having a personal trainer.
