Cathe's Paper Plate?

Am I losing my mind? I remember (or thought I did) ordering a DVD based on a clip where Cathe was using a paper plate in the workout. I think on standing hip raises...and the goal was to keep the paper plate from falling to the floor while keeping it balanced on your leg. Am I hallucinating? Was this not Cathe maybe? Does anyone know?

Phewww...thanks ladies! I thought I was losing it. That explains it. I bought the STS but haven't started it yet! :(
 
I just did this workout on Friday. I couldn't keep my frisbee(I use instead of paper plate) on my leg, one of my check-in buddies suggested double stick tape --- Love That Idea! :p
 
LOL, Jann! That's the only way I'd be able to keep that paper plate up! I can't even get my leg parallel to the floor! Tight hips and hamstrings!
 
I won some foldable frisbees on a cruise. At the time I thought they were a pretty lame prize. I was putting them in the donate to Goodwill box when it dawned on me that they'd be perfect for STS. They slide very smoothly. I don't use them with the exercise you're talking about because I always have three fans going when I workout and they just blow off, at least that's my excuse :p

LOL!! I always turn my fans off for that exercise. Sometimes the plates stay on. Sometimes they don't. :)
