Reporting back to say LOVED this one! A great mix of heart pumping moves and high rep muscular endurance moves, with some balance challenges dispersed throughout. Lots of modifications given for those who need them. Finally, Cathe's jokes added fun and levity (I, like the Live crew, "cheered" for those push-ups).
