I LOVE "Fit & Firm"!!! I really like the light weights and quick reps - great for upper body toning and maintaining muscle definition on my frame. The floorwork is awesome too.
Awhile ago, Cathe posted that she stoppped selling this tape along with a few of her other earlier tapes because she thought the set and clothes looked dated.
Even though this one is an oldie, it's still a goodie. Just try not to focus too much on all the background 'whoo-hooing'.

I picked this one up today too from overstock.com, shipping was just $1.40, so for $6.39 I've got a new Cathe on the way!
I read the 2 reviews at VF and it sounds like a good workout to add to the collection.

I have this vid but as much as I hate to admit it, I have never even previewed it! I just have to have EVERY tape Cathe made, so when I saw it on a trade, I went for it. Guess I better dig it out and dust it off. I'll be back to report after I get a chance to fit it in SOMEWHERE!!! :7

I think it's already sold out. Previously, when I searched under Cathe's name, the video came up. Overstock.com always has a limited supply of any of there merchandise. I guess we're too late:-(

This was the very first tape I started with. I bought it at a department store, tried it a couple times and then it sat collecting dust for a few years ... guess I wasn't quite ready. Pulled it out again about a year ago and stuck with it for a couple of months and could start to see results. I loved it so much I did a search on Cathe's name on the internet and found this site!
I've since purchased three DVDs and am reviewing the new catalogue to see what I want to get next!! I've got it bad !!
