Equipment Needed:

A stability ball
Dumbbells ranging from lighter to heavier. I’ll be using 5’s, 8’s, 10’s, 12’s & 15’s
A full-sized fitness mat

This was a nice express-ish workout…about 39-40 min. Liked the modification you
showed for the deadbug…..my problem is getting the opposites going and keeping them
opposite! :)
