Darn it! I'll miss this one as well
We're going out to lunch today as no one is at work. Sniff sniff. Couldn't see the morning one because our proxy on the firewall was down.
I guess I'll see another one in the future. Hope everyone has fun watching (and hope the participants have a good time as well).

Our plans are to show several classes each week. This is still a "work in progress" and we still have a lot of improvements to make.
One thing we are considering is using Microsofts new streaming media server that comes with advanced server 2000. We are now using advanced server to run our business and the streaming media service is included for free with advanced server 2000. Until now, the only choice for a streaming media server was to use either Real Server (Most of you are probably familar with Real Player - same company) or to write your own program. We are currently using our own program since Real Server Streaming Media would cost us about $100,000.00 to meet our current demand of users.
We like Microsofts streaming media server for several reasons, but mainly because it is FREE!
Microsofts new product will allow IE users to watch the Cathe Cam at a much faster speed and also should work in Netscape (I think). The other main advantage of Microsofts new product is we will be able to have SOUND!. This will not only make viewing more fun and interesting, but will allow us to have Cathe seminars and help sessions. As this project develops we will have more information for you.

Darn!!! Sorry I missed both classes. I saw the earlier post for the first class, which got me in the mood to do BodyMax (Ouch!!) ((Good ouch, though)). It was even more fun doing it with my sixteen-year-old daughter and her friend watching me. Believe it or not, it gave me more incentive to go all out, which I had a lot of fun doing, though I had to stop and hold my side and laugh when my daughter's friend's eight-year-old sister started trying to do Cathe's steps. (I wish I could describe how hilarious it was.) She's promised to be my new exercise partner.
Anyway, I'm so happy you're back to teaching, Cathe. I know Eric's doing just spectacular, and maybe I'll just have to take a drive down to NJ to make my appearance on the Cathe cam, and okay, to take a live class with you, too!

As of right now I do not have any evening classes. I am hoping to pick one up as soon as I get more situated with little Eric. We'll keep everyone informed. Thanks for your sweet words!
