How do you do it? Now, I know I'm in good shape, very fit and I try my best to go heads up with you and do exactly what you do in your videos. What I mean is, I lift what you lift and workout on a 10in. bench on all your videos so I can look like you. But, my God, you can talk without getting out of breath, laugh, smile, concentrate, and count no matter what your doing. For instance, after I did the last sit and stand squat in Leaner Legs and the last low end workout while doing plie squats, I thought as I rose up, I was going to throw up. That's how good I feel the burn. I just need to know, while I'm feeling like this:-tired, how do you manage to keep up so much energy?
 
Hi Candy! Well, as for me being able to count... now that might be questionable, ;-)!

But I must say that I have seen you work out in person and you are one strong, fit, and incredibly energetic young woman. You go girl!
