Last night, I was doing one of your DVDs, and realized that you are truly an angel sent to help all of us, with your special talents, and unique and creative ideas. The foresight and instinct that you have had from the time you began to make videos is inspiring. You have found and met your calling. Just like an artist who enriches people's lives with their work, you have contributed greatly to enriching all our lives with your work. Thanks, Cathe.

I agree with you! When someone takes there God given gift and then uses it to bless others you will be blessed. And as we all can tell Cathe is blessed! I always think that if i ever met her i would want to hug the stuffins right out of her! HEE HEE. Her work has definately blessed me!!!!

I just want to say that I agree 100%. I have been wanting to write many thanks to Cathe but haven't come up with the right word and you have put it so beautifully.

I agree, Cathe.It takes 2 days for me to recover from your workouts, but I still agree!

Did Cardio and Weights yesterday and can't get "Build Me Up Buttercup" out of my head. I loved that song when it was a hit in the late 60's or early 70's:D
