Cathe, your thoughts on new Rykas

Hi Cathe,
Last month you posted a pic of three new Ryka shoes you were planning on trying out. Just wanted to find out what you thought of them, especially the 'Influence' (white w/ dark grey trim). I was thinking of getting these. Did you find them to be good for high impact?

I curious too Cathe - what did you think? The shoe technology has changed so much recently, I'm not sure I like any fitness shoes at the moment...

Interesting perspective Dlaudy. It wasn't until I bought a pair of Ryka 'Synergy' that I realized how uncomfortable and restrictive my New Balance cross trainers were. I only workout at home and so I just recently began giving any thought to fitness shoes and buying the right pair for the type of activity/impact.

Also waiting to hear about the new shoes I am really hoping to hear "great lateral support". I do have a pair of the synergys and while the lateral support is good they sort of feel like I am wearing moon boots.
