Cathe & WW

I've had great success using only Cathe & WW. After losing 20 lbs., I finally reached my goal weight. I was hungry all the time, but since the scale was moving, it kept me motivated!

My workouts included DM, LIC, HSC, BC/ME, BM2, Cardio Fusion, basically mostly cardio and weights. I found that my body NEEDS cardio to keep the weight off. As much as I prefer to lift weights, this bod needs cardio.
 
Terri, I've had the same results - hungry all the time. I starting incorporating more low carb foods to my hungry at bay. It's a slow process, but I'm maintaining.
