Cathe, when you injured your knee...

When you injured your knee how much time did you take off from lifting and cardio? Did you modify any at all or did you stay away from exercise completely? I injured my knee a couple weeks ago and have still been doing you step videos and light lower body work but my knee never seems to get better. I know that I probably just need to do nothing for the next few weeks but that would be sooo hard, considering I have 5 new DVD waiting for me to try:9 Thanks so much Cathe, you are my inspiration.
 
Not Cathe but I just injured my knee 3 weeks ago too. It didn't feel like anything tore but hurt anyway. I know from experience that if left unattended knee injuries can turn into slowly degenerative joints. So I went to the Dr & found out that I had 2 loose pieces of bone floating around in there. I'm scheduled for arthroscopic surgery tomorrow & looking forward to a full recovery. Listen to your body. Have it checked out, please.
 
I had heard something in the past about Cathe's injury. How did it happen? Did she injure herself while working out? Or something else happened?

I am glad to see that she is fully recovered!
 
If your knee hurts, stop your exercising (I know this will be SO hard) and go to your doctor right away!!!!!!

Hi Nancy! How did your knee surgery go?? Are you recovering well/quickly? Hang in there:) I'm very curious to hear your results, since, as we speak, I'm experiencing 'sore' knees and limiting my workout routine:( Hope you have good news!!
