I've been working for about 4 mos to lose postbaby weight. I now weigh less than when I got pregnant with my first child, but I could still stand to lose about 7 stubborn pounds! I've been using a heart reat monitor, which I love. I feel like it helps me work out at a good pace without letting me get burned out. What I'm trying to determine is where I should be aiming for to blast those last few pounds - 65-75% for a longer period of time (45-60 min) or 75-85% for shorter period of time (30 min or so). What do you think?
