I was reading my SELF magazine last night and noticed Cathe showing some exercises. Maybe about 8 diff. ones. I thought hey thats Cathe, I think my DH thought I was crazy, LOL! I said see how good she is, she is in the magazine

Thanks Laura for reminding me because I remember when I met Cathe 3 weeks ago she told me about it, now I have to run to the store and get a copy if they are out on the stand yet.
