Cathe Videos-Undecided

I want to get some cathe videos. I'm undecided on which ones to get I'm new to Cathe's site and would love some input.

I'm undecided on: Cross Train Xpress or Power Hour/MIS/Body Max. I'm going to get it on DVD which one should I get first? I've only done one video of Cathe's Body Max (wow!). Please don't tell me either or I need direction please. If it helps I'm looking for cardio with sculpt.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions. I can only get one for right now.

Thanks,

Barbara

My personal preference is for the PH dvd. In that you get a full-body endurance workout, a full-body strength workout and a triple threat (Body Max) that is a tough cardio with leg drills and upper body workout.

I personally found the cardio in CTX not to my liking, but CTX also has Leaner Legs (a killer leg workout) and an upper body split.

So maybe get PH first?

You say you want cardio and sculpt, then the CTX Series fits that. There are 5 cardio workouts, 1 each of: kickboxing/ step/ step + step intervals/ mixed cardio (10min kickboxing,10min hi/lo,10min step)/and a step and leg circuits mix.
Each cardio workout is approx. 30min and is followed by a weight workout for a specific upperbody body part. The 6th workout (Leaner Legs) is a legs/abs workout.

It is a very versatile series because you can use it as is for a workout, or you can use the cardio separately and with other weight workouts. I found it to be one of the best values if not the best.

If you opt for the PH/MIS/Bodymax DVD, the only cardio you get is the cardio in BodyMax, both PH and MIS are full body weight workouts. They are wonderful, I have them both, but if you are looking for a blend of cardio and weights, then CTX would be your best bet.

Thanks to both of you for different perspectives. I think I'm going to go with the CTX series. It seems to be the one that is going to better suit me.

Thanks,

Barbara
