Cathe Video recommendations for Minimal Space

I am looking for Cathe full body type work out recommendations when you don't have alot of space to move. I am pretty new to Cathe. In viewing the video clips, many of her movements seem to require more space than I have to work out. Her step movements are too complicated for me. Given these restrictions what tapes might suit my needs for a full body (aerobics and/or aerobics/wt training) that don't require alot of floor space. Thank you
 
I would say any kickboxing workout would be suitable. "If you have space issues, just go higher" Cathe
KickMax has great leg drills at the end that require very littel space & for me always work!!
Or how about one of the High Step w/o's? That may work also. I haven't done one in quite a while so I'm not to sure. Maybe someone else could chime in on that.

I would say the kickbox oriented workouts (KickMax, KPC) or the High Step Challenge or Bootcamp. Absolutely none of the step workouts, as they require practically studio sized space (several feet around the step in all directions).
 
Hi Linny - Approximately how much space do you have (L x W)?

only about 6 x 8. i live in a small victorian with unusual shape rooms and only have 1 TV, when we finish renovating the attic the tv is moving up there, but with plaster ceilings, i'm not sure jumping is a good option .

i appreciate the recommendations. no step routines for me, they are beyond my coordination ability anyway.
 
I also agree with High Step Challenge and High Step Training and Boot Camp workout. The choreography is VERY basic and athletic and requires very little workout space and you get both cardio and a full body weight workout on them. Their fun and challenging. Love them!
