On Day 61 of XTrain. Using the Weights more because I always choose that over cardio somehow.
I have to thank you again for this awesome series! Burn sets!!! It's so simple,time efficient and straightforward that it's brilliant!
I do love it because of how it's structured. I also love that you don't feed us " you're gonna be sexy in 90 days!" cheerleader crap or " toned in no time" motivational lines.
I am a actually seeing results in my arms already. Thank you!
I do have a question though...is it possible to get similar results that fitness mag people achieve with their glutes by working out at home? They all have these round glutes in magazines and is that only achievable by weight machines?

You definitely can get those rounded strong glutes at home. To get the job done consider using my Cardio Leg Blast, Butt's and Guts, Lower Body Blast, and Legs and Glutes DVD's. Use two per week on say a Tuesday and a Saturday, along with your other weekly workouts. Do two different leg workouts per week.

For example....

Week One:
Tues...Cardio Leg Blast
Saturday....Lower Body Blast

Week Two:

Tues...Legs and Glutes
Sat...Butts and Guts

Week Three:
Tues...Cardio Leg Blast
Fri...Legs and Glutes

Week Four:
Tues...Lower Body Blast
Sat....Butts and Guts
 
I agree about Burn Sets! I'm on Week 8 of XTrain/LIS and I just did BS-CBS this morning and I finished it thinking how much I love doing the Burn Set workouts. I hardly ever used my 25 lb DBs before this rotation, now I need to go buy 30 lbs! I love this rotation!!! I look forward to doing ALL the other XTrain rotations.

I'd like to hear about the glutes too. I'm really looking forward to the new glutes workout! I've been curious about Brazil Butt Lift, but I won't go that route, because I prefer to use Cathe DVD's. So I'm hoping for a new glutes rotation later this year. Maybe a 60-day rotation? :D
