OK, I know I'm stronger from my own effort, but I give credit to your workouts for motivating me. Today I was able to do all the tricep dips (with one leg up) on Body Max 2. I think this is the first time I've finished a whole series of dips on any of your videos. Maybe they were a particularly easy kind, but I was proud of myself. I was also able to lift heavier than last time I did that workout, so I know it's because of all the work I've done with your workouts. Thanks for helping us all be stronger!
