Hi all - We'll I've finally mastered (with only a few trip ups) Kelli Roberts Ultimate Step and Kari Anderson Fitness Formula. I think I'm ready to try Cathe. Which one would be comparable to these mentioned. I need great music and not too complicated step. I don't want to get discouraged with Cathe, but everytime I preview the workouts - Whoa! I never feel ready. I should mention that I really like Kelli and Kari - Any others of theirs that you think I would like and can handle. I want to order the pyramids and a step workout tomorrow, so any advice will be welcome.

Thanks.

Mar, how about trying Step Heat. That one is a more basic workout or you can try Step Works or Rhythmic Step. Might as well get something that will keep you occupied and learning for some time. It wouldn't be too much fun if you "got it" and then got bored too fast!

I also think Step Heat is a good one to start with. That was my first Cathe step tape and although a few moves are hard at first, it's fairly easy to catch on. I love Cathe's step tapes, they are all excellent workouts! Good luck!

I agree that Step Heat is a good place to start for Cathe step. I just did it this morning myself and thought aloud how easy to follow it is because Cathe's cueing was just so perfect! Either Step Heat or Step Jam would be good starts.
