In your videos, you are always naming specific muscles, and to be honest I have no idea where some of these actually are specifically located. Any tutoring you could provide explaining the different muscle groups (and their actual location) would be appreciated.

Would it be possible to give tips about what weight to use when your 1RM is an odd number. Rather you should go up or down, for instance your 1RM is 27, should you use 25 or 30.
