I am SOOOO excited to get these workouts! I am ready for them physically and mentally. And I know they will be worth the wait and are going to be excellent. However, I just found out I am pregnant. Any thoughts on beginning this program. It is too intense? Should I wait? Any insight or wisdom would be greatly appreciated! This is my first and I am completely new to this! Thanks, Jen

Congrats on the impending!

Thanks! I am very excited, but I am absolutely lost when it comes to working out! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Why not bring this program up to you doctor and see what they say. Just a thought. And congratulations and best wishes to you:)

Hi there! Congratulations!!! I am 4 months pregnant and am planning on doing STS when I receive it. I stopped doing any cardio and just continued lifting during weeks 4-10 because I was SO tired. Really, really, really tired. Apparently when your body is forming the placenta you get narcolepsy or something. :) Anyway, once my energy came back around week 10, I started working out again like crazy. My doctor cleared me b/c of how active I was before pregnancy. I think that is the big key...have you worked out before pregnancy. If so, I think you are good to go. This is just my opinion and make sure and check with your doc. I feel great and LOVE working out pregnant. LOVE IT! Listen to your body first and foremost but I think STS should be fine.

I have a blog that I am keeping that's ABOUT working out and eating right while preggers. You are more than welcome to check it out: www.juiceworthsqueeze.blogspot.com

I think Cathe worked out during her pregnancies...:)

Thank you soooo much for your reply! I totally agree with the narcolepsy! LOL! I took two naps and then slept 12 hours on Friday!

Yes, I workout 5-6 days a week and have for many years. I also teach muscle pump once per week. I am glad to hear that the tiredness will pass. I will definitely check out your blog. I feel like I have so much to learn! Congrats to you too!
