Hi Cathe!I was wondering if you would be working anymore Saturdays in the future!It would be such a nice treat to be able to workout with you live and also to meet up with the forum gang! If you do decide to work maybe an "occasional"Saturday can you post it in advance so that we can arrange a get together!I was bummed out under the Jersey/Philly thread when you posted no more Saturdays---Deborah(gettingfit) and I planned to make it this weekend---so to keep our bond tight we took the cyber rythmic step challenge--each time it gets better--you just gotta keep with it--it is soo fun--never knew I had it in me to do these dancy moves!Thanks for putting out a challenging but doable tape! Love it!Also, I know that your killer busy now with all the details of your new videos and I understand if you can't get back to me!Take care!XO

Not sure if Franci has had a chance to tell you yet, but I joined you two in the "RhythmicStepChallenge"!!! I am trying to heal a broken toe so I am doing it only on a 4"step with no impact. I also have just gotten to the second section w/o rewinds! I pretty much have the WU & the first section down! Woo-Hoo! This is saying a lot for MISS UNCOORDINATED! I had only tried it once in the past and shelved it as I just didn't want to use my workout time rewinding. I couldn't believe how much easier it seemed this time around. You & Franci keep me updated where you are on the tape. It will help motivate me. I LOVE the music, the moves and actually, can NOW say, the CHALLENGE! It is such a FUN tape. Now I know what all the commotion was about. Good Luck on section two!

Hey Debbie! It's great to have you in on our challenge. I'm only doing RS an average of once a week because I'm doing the Tank Top Rotation. I've been taking day 6 as a rest--not by choice but by schedule. We'll have to post over on the regular discussion board--maybe drag some others in on this.

Hoping to hear from Cathe soon....
 
RS Challenge

You all are going to LOVE it once you get through the whole thing. And it's surprisingly intense...especially section 3 and the challenge. You'll probably end up doing it lots once you know it cause there is very little breaking down and repition. FUN, FUN, FUN!
