cathe rotations with a gym membership?

SO I was wondering how you do the rotations and work out at the gym? I am considering signing up at the gym just so my little girl can get an hour of social time a few days a week (I am a stay at home mom). What do you do to workout when you know you are going to do one of Cathe's tapes later that day? Just curious what you other Cathe lover's do.
 
Currently I am doing FitnessFreak one hour fat lost rotation. I do it early AM at home. If I can get a chance to go to gym during lunch time, I would either add 40 min walk or run in the treadmill and stretch out. If I am too tired from AM workout, and I happen to have time to gym, I would just take Pilates or Yoga class. Wed, I would take Kickboxing Express class at gym. I love it. It always made me sweat and truely work on my legs & abs.

Those are great ideas. Especially yoga, since Cathe doesn't have anything yoga wise. I will check out the one hour fat loss rotation. Thanks so much for your input. :)It really helped with ideas.
 
There is also a rotation that Cathe posted where you work one body part a day and some of it uses the machines in the gym. I also use the gym for my cardio days so I can use the elliptical or bikes.
