Cathe Rotations and PLB!

I just have to say that for the past few months I have been following Cathe's rotations the best I can and I want to report that I am loving it!!! Pulling out older DVD's that I normally just pass by has been awesome. Yesturday I did Pyramid Lower Body and I completly forgot how hard the floor work was! My legs and butt are burning today....awesome!!! Plus the rotations have a theme and my body is sooo confused...again awesome!

I've been revisiting some of Cathe's older strength workouts like MIS, PS, S&H and PH and they still pack a punch:eek: I often add on the floor work from PLB to an upper body workout just to hit the legs a little bit....works every time!
 
I absolutely do not know what I did before I discovered the rotations on here. I know I worked out everyday but I also think I might have slacked some on my choices on days I didn't quite feel up to it.
I love the fact that I have the rotation written into my calendar and I know what I am going to do everyday.
It seems like it makes me accountable to do what is on the calendar!

Unfortunately, many of my old strength workouts are on VHS and I don't have a player anymore. I did download PLB and PUB, though, because I definitely felt they were worth buying a second time. PUB is the one that gets me. The biceps are brutal. BRUTAL, I SAY!!!!
 
I have been doing Cathe for quite a few years now and am a daily lurker and I am doing my first ever Cathe rotation! I am also loving it. I hadn't done Step Blast in a few years and it was so much fun. I was actually surprised how quickly the routine came back. I will definitely be doing more rotations.
 
It wasn't until I started working out "with" Cathe that I started doing rotations, and I love it! I definitely work harder and look forward to workouts more than when I exercised regularly but just played it by ear every day.
 
I have been following her rotations as well and I certainly vouch for my legs burning this week. This week has really given muscle confusion as I have been struggling a little bit with them. I love the rotation though becauuse of that factor, my muscle are not going to get used to it so the next time I work even harder.
