Cathe-reverse crunch ?

Hi Cathe, and/or anyone who can help me with this question,

While doing reverse crunches, with knees bent and feet crossed,
is it important to switch your feet so they each get equal time with the crossed one in front? I ask because I notice Cathe never evens this out in any of her ab work, and she is meticulous about evening out work on both sides of the body otherwise, but I have seen other instructors switch feet mid-set. So, do we need to pay attention to switching feet to even out the work?
Thank you, anyone who can help.
Kathy

Not Cathe, but I guess it doesn't matter because you aren't using the knees at all. It should all come from the lower abs. I know - easier said than done.

My problem is just keeping the legs up there. They're shakin' and quakin' and want to come back down to earth!!

When I do reverse crunches I like to hold on to my step or a chair with my arms extended over and behind my head---it focuses on my lower abs more ! Also if your doing reverse crunches with legs raised in the air--you could separate your legs in a V and lift or use a stability ball between your legs and lift! Just some suggestions!Your friend in fitness~~Francine
