Cathe: Question regarding The Gym Styles

Hello,

For someone who is trying to loose weight, should I focus more on Muscle Max or Gym Styles Upper Body?

Hi Zena Fan! If you are focusing on losing weight then you want to incorporate a balanced combination of total body strength conditioning, cardiovascular conditioning, and healthy eating. So I guess in this case I would suggest Muscle Max since it is total body weight conditioning. But if you have lower body workouts that you can use to balance out the gyms style upper body's then you can't go wrong either way. Good Luck :)
