?Cathe - Pls check my rotation

Hi Cathe,

I recently started a new rotation (about 2 months ago), and have been getting the best results!

I wanted to have you check it, because everytime someone asks me what I'm doing, I get this really guilty feeling and lie. My fear is that it would freak some people out. So, in case I'm not using the right videos together, hear goes:

(I usually do the cardio in the am, and the wt work in the pm)

M - PS all upper body, Walk/jog 2 miles
T - PS legs & abs,30 Minute cardio (usually Kick box from CTX)
W - PS all upper body, walk/jog 2 miles
R - Yoga/Rest
F - ALL upper body from CTX (or PH), walk/jog 2-3 miles
S - PS legs & abs, 30 Min cardio (usually All step from CTX)
S - Yoga/Rest

* (wt's use in PS legs: 3-5 - since I carry lot's of wt in legs)
** (wt's use for upper body: 3-5-8-10-12-15)

Let me add that I have gotten quicker result with this rotation that with anything I've ever done before.
