Hi Robin (and others)! Wow, THANK YOU for your patience. I just glanced down this thread realizing that all of these responses are bumps (some "wetter" than others, ha).
Okay, here is the plan (and if your experiencing a snowy housebound day like I am here today, then rack "m up and start now
)................
Today(Sunday)...Slow and Heavy Chest and Back/Abs
Monday...Imax 2
Tues...Slow and Heavy Triceps and Biceps/Abs
Wed....Running 40 minutes
Thurs...Slow and Heavy Legs and Shoulders
Friday...MIC/ 12 minutes from Ab hits
Sat...off
Do the above for three weeks:
Now take a few days off and let your body recover.
Start in again with the PS Series:
Day 1: PS Back/Bi/Abs
Day 2: PS Legs/Shoulders/Abs
Day 3: Imax 1
Day 4: PS Chest/shoulder/Tri
Day 5: Intervals on treadmill/ 10 minutes of ab hits
Day 6: Boot Camp
Day 7: off
Do the above for about three weeks.
Take a few days off and start up again with:
Day 1: Pyramid Upper Body/Imax 2(first 5 intervals)
Day 2: Running 40 minutes
Day 3: Pyramid Lower Body/12 minutes of ab hits
Day 4: off
Day 5: Pyramid Upper Body/Imax 2(second 5 intervals)
Day 6: Pyramid Lower Body/12 minutes ab hits
Day 7: Cardio Kicks
Let me know how you do with this. Also, up your protein just a tad daily to aid in muscle tissue repair. Remember....CLEAN EATING...CLEAN EATING...CLEAN EATING
