Cathe or SNM ? about my invoice and registration

Hi!

I couldn't believe how fast it sold out! I registered Fitness Mom (Jennifer) and myself and got invoice #2. At first I thought that I was the first person registered. However, on the open discussion forum, someone else has invoice 1 and another person has invoice 2. I got my email confirmation saying that I am to be charged $200. So, will the person with invoice number 105 have a spot?

Also, I called customer support when I got my email confirmation. I'm sorry, in my excitement I didn't change my credit card over to visa. It says it's going to bill my Master Card. She told me that it wouldn't be a problem to go in there and change it to Visa if I email support. I did email support and asked them to change it over to Visa. Hopefully, this won't cause too much of glitch in processing my order. Will it?

OH MAN! That's not a good sign for me then! I registered for myself and got #61. I turned right around and registered for a friend of mine who's out of town and she got #105!!!!! I hope 105 REALLY MEANS 105!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did the same thing w/ my cc..How long before customer service emailed you back? I emailed them immediately when I realized (12:05) and haven't heard back yet.

Hi Carolyn,

I copied and pasted my confirmation email with an explaination of my mistake. Thankfully, it was less than an hour since I heard back from Nancy at Cathe Support. I know my 8 year old dd appreciates the quick response. I just finished fixing her hair in an updo for her recital tonight without shaking with nervousness. I've gotta go and fix her twin sister's hair.

It shouldn't be a problem if you emailed support.
