Cathe on FitTV

I was thinking about taping Cathe's workouts that I've seen on FitTV. Are they (FitTV) just airing tapes she's already produced?

Yeah, they're the ones that are available here except they're edited for time and commercials. It's a good way to try them before you actually buy them. I have a lot of the workouts in my Tivo and I've been gradually replacing them with the actual DVDs.

I have quite a few on FitTV that I haven't purchased yet. They do edit them but I find they are still good workouts.
