Cathe/Music ideas for DVD's/ It's Rainin Men

Hi Cathe, I really do not know how you pick out or come up with such
appropriate and great music for the DVD's
I just heard a song on the radio while I was driving.
I thought that it would be a good song to workout with.
Maybe you will think so as well, And consider it for another
workout sometime.
"It's Rainin Men" Boy that song just seems like it would be fun exercising to.

That song is a huge hit in my hi/lo classes...great for jump rope or higher intensity steps, (like jumping jacks!!!)
