Not a fan of the triples or doubles around the step either. Not so easy on carpeting...

I'm sure I'm the only one with this one:

Lying on the ball in the stretch from PUB. I did that in January 2004 and when she tells you to breath, I put my back out. Don't know what happened, but I couldn't move forward or backward. My kids had to deflate the ball to get me off :+ Can you picture the scene? It's OK to laugh. And I have one of those ABS things. They don't deflate easily. Since then I refuse to do it.

I feel like I will get to the point where I can do some of these though.
 
I know there are party arms in PowerMax. It seems like there is somewhere else, but I can't remember where. Is it Cardio & Weights?
 
Flat handed push-ups
Tricep Dips
Basically, any move where you are supporting yourself with your hands bent at a 90 degree angle (I've got a ganglion cyst on my wrist, and these moves aren't worth the flair up).

I won't do the lunge where the front leg is on the floor and the back leg is elevated on the 8-10 inch step. No way, no how. This move sends my back knee into suck extreme, sharp pain that I just can't walk up the stairs for a week. I do not do this at all. I substitue by doing a one-legged squat by putting all my weight on one foot and squatting with that, while the other foot is right next to my base foot up on the toe just barely touching the floor for balance.

I also hate tricep dips because my wrists hurt from them. I do about half or as many as I can, then I do seated overhead french press.
 
I can never seem to do bicep curls with the barbell, same amount of weights as with dumbells, (20 lbs. on bar, 10lbs. in each hand) but just can't do it. Feels heavier, my arms are locked in place, the bar hits me legs, all of the above. Otherwise, I pretty much do what Cathe tells me to do, if I'm still physically able that is:p Silly or not, I'm still moving and no one ever watches me, so whatever!

I forgot about that one. Yes. Those too, I refuse to do. I also substitute the figure 8s. How funny.
