Cathe-Love the Dynaband!!

Hi Cathe,

I just wanted to tell you how much I LOVE using the Dynaband. I did Gym Style Chest & Tri's two days ago and am still sore(in a good way). I enjoy using the band for the other exercises too like leg presses etc. I had thought it would be similar to tubing, but it's different IMO. I hope you continue incorporating the use of the band in future workouts.

Hi Aila! I feel the same way about the band for these exercises. I do not like bands for everything but on certain exercises I think they get in those intrinsic muscle fibers like nothing else}( I especially like bands for rotator cuff exercises. Thanks for visiting today:)
 
I love it too! I just tried High Step Circuit today and love how the band causes the muscles to burn so fast! Love the added resistance on the leg presses too!

I haven't tried out Stretch Max yet, but I'm hoping there are some stretches using it! The only other workout I've used the Dynaband is is Ana Caban's Pilates Bodyband and it feels so great to stretch the shoulders and back with it!
