Would you consider making a rotation for On Demand subscribers using only Cathe Live videos or mixing live with standard? There are so many live ones that I have not tried and its gets confusing trying to sort through them and come up with a workout plan.
I was just wondering if you did not have time to do a rotation for Cathe Live, if you could just provide a template for us and we could plug in the workout of choice, depending on time, equipment availability, and feelings.
