Cathe Lift, Move & Restore Update 11-15-24

Hi, Everyone!

We want to give you an update on the shipping of the Lift, Move & Restore series! Production run will be done tomorrow and all of the DVD bundles and single DVDs will be on their way to New Jersey starting Monday morning! It will take about a week for them to make their journey from California to New Jersey, but our team is currently prepping packages and labels so that we are ready to pack and ship as soon as they get here! Once the DVDs are on the way we will let you follow along as they make their way to you. We also plan to take you behind the scenes of their arrival and the shipping process as we get them to your doorstep!

IMPORTANT: If you’ve moved since pre-ordering the series please email customer service so that we can ensure your package is delivered to the correct address.

You can usually download your workouts when they let you know….usually a day or so
after dvds are shipped.

Yup. Usually there's a separate notice when the downloads are available. Usually it's about the same time (or so) as when the dvds leave Cathe's facility. And when they are available to On-Demand subscribers. That way everyone gets their new workouts about the same time, or within a few days of each other - an exciting time. Same as for the User's Guide - usually.

What about the downloads only orders?

I think you get an email notice when they're available for downloading. You'll need your code from your receipt, so you might want to hunt that down. There will also be a notice here on the forum, probably on FB also.
