Well, I did, and it really works the obliques.

Cathe is a health+fitness Jiminy Cricket, isn't she? My DH and I both workout with Cathe, and frequently find ourselves saying Cathe quotables to each other. It's fun for us...even if we do sound moderately crazy to people around us!

I like when she says air is free ,, so suck it up!!! We used to say that to the kids when they had to dig deeper in sports or if they had to suffer consequences of bad behavior. I tell my boys to suck it up! Lol
And my hubby laughs at me cause he hears her say something then I answer it!! One time she said your half way there, I said half way!! Are you nuts .. Then one time he came in there to do it with me he said oh my Gawd that's crazy baby !!!
