I'd like your advice on how NOT to bulk up! I love weight workouts but, my legs and arms (but more legs) respond by gaining in inches not reducing as I would like.
With your workouts I can just about lift as much as you on the leg work but, often I use less on the upper body workouts.
I have ordered your whole "hardcore" series, could you please :* suggest a plan of action for me to become leaner. I also have PUB, PLB, Timesaver dvd and muscle endurance. I'm quite lucky at the moment, I have time to devote to getting the body I want.
