LOL Jane, "BANDS" is a 5 letter word. Just messin' with ya! I hate that part too.

It's not hatred I feel when I hear the B-word. It's fear. Then resignation. And when it's all over... joy.:)

I don't call it a "band" anymore. It's now affectionately known as the Evil Green Monster!

I'm amazed at how effective they are. I hope she continues to include them.

Thanks,
Debbie

RE: Cathe, I really it when you use that four letter word...........

I agree Debbie -- I really like the band because it hits the muscle so quickly -- maybe it's because you aren't able to extend fully so you're constantly in that "work zone?"

I realized after I posted that Bands is a five letter word oops, I should use the singular The Band.

Funny, the B work I dislike is Bonus. My husband and I were doing Muscle Max the other night, him for the first time. He was complaining a bonus should be something like sit down and rest!

I absolutely loathe push ups and bicep curls. I have never liked them, dread them, but I do them anyway!

I could do leg work all day long (I am exagerating a bit here), but I struggle so hard with push ups and bicep curls.

And the type of push ups that I dread the most are the decline pushups or the ones that are add-ons to Timesaver. I think they are in the first workout on that DVD.

It is my goal to some day get through both decline pushups, the ones in Timesaver, get through all the calf raises, and -- to levitate!

When I try to levitate, it is a pathetic sight indeed! There Cathe and the crew are holding their bodies up and I feel like I am glued to the ground!
