Hi Cathe! I posted to you yesterday regarding this new DVD but just had to let you know again what an absolutely AWESOME & versatile DVD this is!! Last night I did 2 sets of all the bicep exercises + doing all the exercises to back 2 sets then I went into the Cardio Blasts all 5 of them! What a GREAT workout I had! The way you worked biceps this time around really got in the pocket for me. I was using a 35# bb. How much weight do you use? Last night had serious DOMS going on. With everybody recently talking about HIIT this fits the bill nicely! Can't thank you enough. Kathy
