Cathe, how you became more lean

During your maternity leave, someone posted a thread asking how you were able to change the appearance of your physique as the years and videos have progressed. I don't remember the title of the thread, as I would've just bumped it. My question is what was different about your training regime from your early step video days up to the present that has allowed you to lean out and develop more visible muscular definiton. Thanks in advanced.
 
Hi Nell! I think it is a combination of greater focus on strength training plus muscle maturation over the years. Also years back I put more focus on cardio and less on weight training. Now I work both components equally hard.
 
Thanks a lot for responding, Cathe! Could you please tell me, how many times a week you do cardio now as opposed to then, and what your strength training consists of? Thank you so much!
