Cathe - Help with new workouts

Hi Cathe

I love the new workouts. My only problem is that 60 mins is about the most exercise I can fit into my daily schedule. How would you suggest I use the new workouts to get the maximum benefits but only doing 60 mins maximum per day.

Try the premixes!! Most of them are under an hour and if you want to do exactly 60 minutes, you could add on some bonus abs or a stretch or bonus cardio.
