Cathe help me lean out my upper body

Was just browsing through this forum (when I should have been doing a tape instead) and noticed you have CTX and Power Hour. I have MIS, and am interested in strength training only. Was thinking of getting CTX upper body but would prefer whole body exercises on one tape. Reason I'm writing, as you have both tapes, is to ask whether you know the time sequence for each body part on Power Hour, as it's not given in the previews. Posted forum message but got no reply.

Since my first pregnancy, I've had the same problem. Weird for someone who's always considered herself an ecto, also. Anyway, for the last couple of months, I've been using very, VERY light wts. with very high reps and that seems to be doing the trick re: decreasing fat stores on my upper body and allowing my muscles to show through.

Hi, Robin -- I wonder what you call "light weights" I am just starting out and would rather do more reps with lighter weights. Have you tried Power Hour and MIS and if so, which fills the bill more as far as more but lighter?
