Was just browsing through this forum (when I should have been doing a tape instead) and noticed you have CTX and Power Hour. I have MIS, and am interested in strength training only. Was thinking of getting CTX upper body but would prefer whole body exercises on one tape. Reason I'm writing, as you have both tapes, is to ask whether you know the time sequence for each body part on Power Hour, as it's not given in the previews. Posted forum message but got no reply.
