Right now I am fortunate to be able to workout twice a day.
I just started running about 6 weeks ago, so I run 4 mornings a week for 40 - 80 minutes (3-6.5 miles). (T,TH,F,Saturday) F/S are usually my long run days so I don't usually do any other cardio. M/W/Th I do some sort of morning cardio (usually elliptical for 30-45 minutes) and then cycle for 45 minutes in the evening. Tuesday, I had been doing Zumba at night for an hour, but I think I'm going to switch up to kickbox for summer.And I have a 1 year old golden retriever who I try to walk daily for 45 -60 minutes. I've just started using cardio coach while walking her to try and boost it into an actual cardio exercise.
In between the cardio I work in weights, yoga, abs and pilates.
Yes, I freely admit to being an addict. They actually call me crazy at the Y where I do a lot of my workouts. Right now I'm using Cathe mostly for my lower body. Hoping to get STS in the fall!
Now that I am tracking calories at my fitness pal, the mystery isn't why I haven't lost weight, but why I didn't gain weigh over the past 8 months! I was easily eating over 3000 calories a day!
But now that I'm tracking things are starting to come together!
I sure wish you could pick either exercise or diet to lose weight
But I've finally figured out it is 90% diet.
