Josie ("Brit-Josie") posted this link a couple of weeks ago on another of your forums and it's so cool I wanted to make sure you saw it. I had forgotten how much your site has changed since the early days! It sure is fun to "look back" -- even complete with pictures! There are "saved" versions of your site going all the way back to May, 1998 -- so just think, Cath, that's PRE-CHILDREN!!! Doesn't that seem like the Stone Ages??? :)

Oh wow...

has it been that long ago? Thanks Kathys S for bringing this to our attention. Going to those archives brings back so many memories of what was going on in my life at that time!! I'm so happy that I found this site and it just keeps getting better!

What an unexpected surprise to see my name mentioned in this thread! I thought people would like to see how this site looked a few years back which is why I posted the link - I hope that Cathe has seen it too!

And if Cathe reads this, I just want to say thank you so much for your wonderful workouts - the majority of the exercising Brits just don't know what they're missing out on - I am now making it my mission to inform the un-educated!

RE: Oh wow...

I'm still tickled by this archive site....in case people are wondering why some of Cathe's older sites have no menus - well I think it's because the archiver doesn't keep a record of any fancy menu systems.
